We’re James and Vicki West. Designers, partners, and co-conspirators in building brands that actually give a damn. We met at a design studio in London and since then we’ve added two kids and an overexcited dog to the tribe. Our next step? Working with founders who’ve got big ideas, real passion, and products that make a difference.
Who are we?
James, the creative renegade. 15 years freelancing for agencies on household names. Campaigns and creative for Google, KFC, L'Oréal, Ben & Jerry's. James knows how the big guys do it and now he uses that knowledge to give challengers the same firepower, without the price tag or the politics.
Vicki, the strategic voice of reason. Two decades in design, advertising, and marketing. Coca-Cola, Heineken, KitKat, Gucci, Nissan. Vicki makes sure every decision pulls its weight, not just looks good. She's the reason nothing slips through the cracks.
Together, we bring the best of both worlds: big-picture thinking and pixel-perfect execution. Everything we do happens in an open, collaborative way so the work isn’t just good, it matters.

We wanted to work with founders. So we built a studio for them.
Just two senior creatives, working directly with founders who have a big idea, back themselves, and go all in. You get both of us on every project, fully invested in your brand from day one.
Between us we cover the full picture - brand identity, packaging, art direction, and everything in between. Our skillsets complement each other so nothing slips through the cracks. And more than that, you get partners who are genuinely invested in what you're building.
