Her product was genuinely extraordinary, unexpected flavour combinations, made with care and intention, priced to reach real households. But the brand wasn't keeping up. The logo wasn't landing. The packaging wasn't doing any heavy lifting. And without a clear, confident story to tell, Nekeia was selling great ice cream without the brand to back it up.

The brief wasn't just a visual refresh. It was bigger than that. Nekeia needed to understand who Tudy's Kitchen was before anyone could agree on what it looked like. So we started with strategy. A full brand workshop — working through positioning, purpose, audience, competitors, and the genuine space Tudy's Kitchen could own. What came back was sharp: a brand for food-curious households who believe indulgence should feel meaningful. Ice cream that's anything but ordinary. Not a niche that was forced. One that was earned. From there, every creative decision had somewhere to stand. The new logo, warm, confident, full of personality. The packaging, bold, vibrant, and totally distinctive on shelf, with unexpected colour pairings that mirror the flavours inside. A visual identity that looks just as good in a supermarket freezer as it does in a social post or at an experiential event.


The brand guidelines we handed over weren't just a set of rules. They were a foundation. Tone of voice, typography, colour system, imagery direction — all of it rooted in the strategy we'd built together, so Nekeia could take it forward without having to second-guess every decision. Nekeia is now pitching new supermarket listings with a brand that can hold its own in any conversation — with buyers, with collaborators, with customers. The confidence that comes from knowing exactly who you are and what you stand for. That's what a solid strategy does.
